# RSVP By > A party-invite checker and writer for casual parties - Halloween parties, Friendsgivings, birthday dinners, watch parties, game nights. Fill a sheet of twelve postage stamps, one per detail a guest needs (date, start time, wraps up, where, getting in, hosted by, food and drinks, bring, wear, plus-ones, kids, RSVP by). The page catches hard clashes for free; a metered read writes the invite in your vibe from the stamps only, says what each blank stamp will make guests ask, drafts a day-before reminder and answers likely guest questions. Four stamps are essentials (Date, Start time, Where, RSVP by); the other eight are what guests otherwise text the host about. - Weekdays worked out from the dates by plain calendar arithmetic (never by the model). - Hard clashes: an end time before the start (an end before 6 am counts as after midnight), a reply-by date after the party, and a weekday named in the party's name or notes that is not the date's weekday. - The page's verdict by three ordered, non-overlapping rules: clash (any clash), then gaps (a blank essential, or more than three other blanks), else ready. - Exports: Markdown, JSON, and a calendar file (.ics) from the date, start and end stamps, with a day-before alarm. - After you save an invite, any later edit to the stamps becomes a short "what changed" update to send guests instead of the whole invite (free, in the browser). On phones the invite, reminder and update open the share sheet. ## What the metered read returns - verdict: clash, gaps or ready - the same rules, plus clashes the model finds between the notes and the stamps (for example "bring a bottle" against "no alcohol in the house"). - clashes: each clash in plain words with what to change. - gaps: one entry per blank stamp, with the text a guest would send and what to add. - invite: headline, blurb, detail lines (only filled stamps) and a reply line, written in the chosen vibe (cozy, chaotic fun, low-key, dressy, wholesome). - reminder: a day-before text. - faq: two to five likely guest questions, answered from the sheet; unanswerable ones start "Not on the invite yet", clashing ones "Not settled yet". The page re-checks every reply: one gap entry per blank stamp and none invented, every sheet clash answered, no weekday the dates do not have, no invite line for a blank stamp, no internal field names in prose. ## Grounding The model sees only the sheet and the notes. It never invents a time, an address, a dish, a rule or a pet; a blank stamp stays blank. Dates and times reach it already written out.
